Dealing with a diverse clientele, learning from our customers and being of service to them

Try to handle a question or situation as soon as possible so the customer can move on to other priorities

If I ever retire, I would like to spend a lot of time:

With my children and grandchildren, fishing as often as possible and maybe taking a trip to see Sweden
